So, Arraial do Cabo is one of the brazilian Diving Capitals , besides to Fernando de Norhona , it pure, clear and green emerald water color provides the best scenery for any beach sport. We came to Brazil in april 2010 and visiting Rio do Janeiro we met a guy who told us about Arraial do Cabo.
During the low season ( april to october ) is possible to rent very cheap apartments , near by the beach, of course, with very good facilities like: equiped american kitchen, sauna service, t.v., car parking area, swimming pool, etc.
The price goes from U$ 60 to U$ 200 depending on the accomodation, neighbordhood, people number and department size.
