Events : Botanic gardens have hosted many cultural events such as Singapore arts festival which was hosted at Raffles Place Park and Singapore Drunfest which was held at Fort Canning Park. The events were successful and had drawn good number of visitors to be a part of the event.

Operating hours and Charges

The gardens are open from 5.00 am to 12 midnight. Admission to the Botanic Gardens is free.

National Orchid Garden opens from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm. Admission charges are $5-00 for adults, and $1-00 for students and senior citizens above 60 years. Admission is free for children (12 and below).

Jacob Ballas Children's Garden is open from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm daily and are closed on Mondays except designated public holidays. Admission to the Children's Garden is free.
